Within twelve months of commencing in the executive recruitment and appraisal industry, Richard was consistently ranked the number one performing consultant in the world for a major international consultancy.
He moved on to senior consulting and management roles with another major international firm where, once again, he was consistently ranked as the highest achiever in that organisation.
He commenced Payne Henderson Associates in early 1989 and built this business to a high profile position in the recruitment and appraisal industry.
It is unlikely that anyone would have more know how in the recruitment industry and when combined with Richard's hands-on relentless commitment to achieve results the outcome has been a strong track record of success.

With an extensive background in manufacturing where he was Managing Director of a well known Company. Graham has over fifteen years in executive recruiting, specialising almost exclusively in manufacturing appointments in all areas.
