Accounts Rather than working to a purchase order system, Payne Henderson Associates invoices clients on the following basis:
	Advertising:	Advertising is invoiced on the first working day after the advertisement appears, and payment is due within seven days.
	Retainers:	Retainers are invoiced upon an assignment commencing and are payable within thirty days.
	Placement fees:	Placement fees are invoiced on the first working day after an offer of employment has been formally accepted, and are payable within thirty days.
	Executive search fees:	These are payable as indicated in the enclosed Terms of Assignment
	Other fees:	Fees for appraisals and other HR services are invoiced upon completion of the assignment and are payable within thirty days.
